When I wear these lenses, I look like I’ve just jumped out of a final fantasy game. I try to avoid these lenses to wear everyday because they are quite intense and people will look at you, so you will have to be prepared for that attention. Nonetheless, these contact lenses are one of the best looking grey lenses I have ever worn. They give off a slight blue tint which is why I always wear blue/grey eyeshadows to compliment these lenses. And with a pretty pink lipstick, you’ll look like a barbie doll in no time. I love these lenses very much and wear them on nights out with the occasional day for special occasions.

I’m the sort of person that usually sticks with brown colored lenses but I’ve got to admit that I fall in love just too easily. Asians look good with green eyes, no matter what complexion you have. The yellow infusion of these lenses allows the natural colour of your eyes to blend in gradually with the green to create mesmerizing, mermaid eyes. I think these are such beautiful lenses- I always pair this with an orange-red shaded lipstick for a sweet, coral look! Who says you can’t look like this in winter?!

Hello Everyone. Been really busy this past week and yesterday was my birthday :> I had a fun and happy day, but a lot of special people were MIA on my birthday so maybe today is my birthday part II. I’m hoping for an enjoyable day today too!

Well anyway, I received these lens from IWantCute, and they’re my first purple lens.

Design: /5 –  I love the design and I love the color. So cute!
Enlargement: /5 — They enlarge pretty well! They make my eyes look really big and round.
Comfort: /5 — Not as comfortable as G&G lenses but still okay.
TOTAL: /5 — They’re not super comfortable but they look so good. I love them. When I wear these lens, I bring along my Rohto Lycee Eyedrops. D Because GEOs dry up on my eyes after about 5-6 hours of wearing.

I love these lenses!! They are great if you want natural bigger looking eyes without looking like a china doll like other black dolly lenses- which can make you end up looking a little ‘lifeless’ sometimes. These lenses really reminded me of Johnson & Johnson’s Acuvue lenses that I used to wear, except these lenses have a black iris rim and the good news, is that you can actually wear these for a year (the Acuvue Define lenses are only available in dailies and are more expensive.) Compared with the candy doll lenses they aren’t as dramatic either, so these lenses are a winner for me!

I would wear these everyday because they look very natural. I really love the colour of these lenses, it blends well with my brown eyes. The almond colour of these lenses will make your dark brown eyes look a little lighter which accentuates your eye colour in the most natural way. I’m not sure what these lenses would look like on other coloured eyes but I am curious to know as I imagine it would look absolutely stunning! I highly recommend these lenses to everyone as they are great for everyday looks to work or for school.

Hey guys

If any of you were on my livejournal ignore this post and it’s circle lenses review (on blogspot)

But yea as I’ve notice everyone who is and starting to be a gyaru they always do a review on circle lenses so I decided to do mine, Have fun reading ^^.

Basically I brought some circle lenses now if you don’t know what they are I try my best to explain them.

Circle lenses are basically meant to make someones eyes bigger them come in a range of colours and styles, if you where glasses you can also get the lenses with the actualy strength of your glasses, Good thing with living in UK (don’t hold me to this) but apparently you have to be prescribed circle lenses in America to wear them but like I said don’t take me word.

GEO XTRA Nova Brown WT-B44 Review

 

Finally I get around reviewing my so far favorite pair of circle lens, theGEO XTRA Nova Brown WT-B44 from the Geo Nova Series.

I bought these lenses from iwantcute.com. This is not my first purchase from them and I am very content with their service!

What I love about their store is that they are located in the UK, which means I usually only have to wait for 2-4 days for my circle lenses to arrive. Most other circle lens onlinestores seem to be located in Asia and sometimes it takes weeks for my lenses to get here.

The GEO XTRA Nova Brown WT-B44 are brown lenses, but the color on the lenses actually looks more like a yellow than the brown you will usually see on brown lenses. Surprisingly enough these yellowish-brown lenses fit my natural green eyesperfectly!

Circle lenses are mostly manufactured for the Asian market, so for very dark eyes. Therefore some of the colors look really bright and artificial. When I buy green circle lenses the green always looks very artificial. That’s why I have switched to brown lenses, though usually they don’t fit my green eyes, but look less creepy. I am really happy to have found a color that matches my natural eye color well and blends in wonderfully. It gives me a great enlargement effect without giving my eyes a weird color.

The Geo Nova circle lenses are also available in the colors blue, green, gray and violet.

Now to the basic data of the GEO XTRA Nova Brown WT-B44:

As always: I do not advice to wear any kind of soft contact lens for a year! Personally I have been wearing these for a little over a month now (2-3 days a week) and I will probably give them another month before I throw them away.

Of course, like all lenses by Geo Medical they contain a authenticity seal on the bottle.

Sometimes I wonder whether, specifically for such reviews, I should put on heavy gyaru make-up, because that seems how peopel wear circle lenses, but then again, that is just not me…

Design: I cannot even express how happy I am that they blend in with my natural eye color so well because they give me exactly the effect I want:

Because they have a diameter of 15mm, they are really large circle lenses and give me a really good enlargement effect, making my eyes look way bigger. They also have a thick dark circle (with the name “circle lens” you should think that all do this, but many circle lenses actually don’t really have a significant circle) and there isn’t too much “design” in them. Unless you look at the close-up photo, you will see that you don’t really notice much besides the dark circle, and that’s how I prefer my circle lenses.

Comfort: The comfort of these is also amazing! They are the biggest circle lenses I have worn so far and I was expecting for the comfort to be worse, but, even though I always feel that I am wearing lenses, they don’t hurt or make my eyes too dry and I can wear them for hours (there are some circle lenses that I have to take out after 1 or two hours).

I even once accidentally put them in the wrong way around, and while I noticed that there was something wrong, the comfort was still equal to some of the “worst” comfortable circle lenses I have worn.

The only downside of this is that the GEO XTRA Nova circle lenses degrade my vision! This probably isn’t a big deal when you have perfect vision and it is not very significant. But I have poor vision to begin with and for me these circle lenses make the difference between “I can hardly see what the sign over there says and have to focus and try hard to read it” and “I cannot see what the sign over there says at all”.

Overall I can say that I still love these circle lenses.

I still have a few others to try out first, but I will most likely get back to these when I buy new ones.

I can just recommend them to anyone who wants a natural color and great enlargement effect!
